"Meet and Greet” in Chicago

A “Meet and Greet” was hosted by Big House Foundation Board of Directors member Paul Antonello and his wife, Sandy, August 28, 2008 before an Allman Brothers Band concert in Chicago. Marcellos provided a variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres at the event that was held on the grounds of Charter One Pavilion where the concert was held. The outdoor pavilion located on Northerly Island along Lake Michigan offered a stunning view of downtown Chicago. The “Meet and Greet” also included an auction of Allman Brothers Band memorabilia. All proceeds benefitted The Allman Brothers Band Museum.

"Brothers and Sisters" Dinner Party in Camden, NJ

Big House Foundation Board of Trustees member Donna Gentile O’Donnell hosted a “Brothers and Sisters” dinner party in Camden, NJ before an August 23, 2008 Allman Brothers Band concert there. The party was held on a side stage before the show. Cosmic Catering of Conshohocken, PA dished out mouth watering Southern courses inspired by Mama Louise of H&H Restaurant in Macon, Georgia such as collard green,s seafood gumbo, sweet potatoes, corn bread, macaroni and cheese, bananna pudding, peach cobbler and pecan pie. Band members dropped in during the party, which also included an auction. Attendees received on-stage passes, great seats and personally engraved granite bricks for the Walk of Fame at The Allman Brothers Band Museum in Macon. All proceeds from the event benefitted the museum.
